This MicroFit™ Front Pivot Pin is designed to fit any mil-spec compatible small-frame (.223 / AR-15) receiver set.

It offers a simple and effective way to fine-tune the fit between your upper and lower receivers.

Size Options

Select the size that best matches your setup:

• Oversized pins
  → Reduce or eliminate play in loose receiver sets
• Undersized pins
  → Make takedown easier on overly tight receivers (e.g., excess coating buildup)

 In some cases, mixing different pin sizes (front and rear) provides the best overall fit.

Fit & Compatibility Guide

• Standard mil-spec AR-15 pins are approximately .248" in diameter
• MicroFit™ pins are:
  • Slightly over +0.001" (oversized)
  • Slightly under -0.001" (undersized)

For accurate fitment, you can measure using:

• standard takedown pins
• or precision gauge pins
