Description

The NEW IPSC Alex Custom Shielded Ambi Safeties for the 1911/2011 pistols are machined from solid bar stock. These hardened thumb safeties feature a wide ergonomic left side thumb paddle and a contoured and slimmed down right side paddle. This prevents the right side paddle from digging into the hands of medium to large right handed shooters. They feature shields on both sides, preventing thumb contact with the slide with an aggressive high thumb grip on the pistol, and so preventing the malfunctions that go with that.
